[Belgium] osgeo.be logo

[Oliver May]

Maybe we can let a designer loose on the logo. I think dutch and fossgis
did a good job in integrating the logo (see below)

Imho it's not that important just yet, so it can wait till after the
conference (we all agree that OSGeo.be is the name, no?)
