[Belgium] osgeo.be logo

I think there are two options:

Keep the logo in the same colour palette and change something so it is more
"Belgian", some options:

   - The magritte hat
   - Manneken pis
   - Waffles
   - ...

Either way I would prefer to keep the "Belgian" accent in the same colour
(like dutch and fossgis did)

Another option is to use the OSGeo logo, add .be and change some colours.
For example we could do OSG in the tri-colore: see some quick samples:
(downside is you always have extra printing costs for the logo):
