OSGeo.be, asbl/vzw now officially exists !

(as a vzw/asbl, don't get confused by the "entreprise" below).

PleaseNote that whenever you use "OSGeo.be" or the full name "Open
Source Geospatial - Belgium" in any document, web site, whatsoever, you
are legally obliged to add 'asbl' and/or 'vzw'.

We should quickly think about a web site for OSGeo.be which can also
serve as repository of all official documents and info. 

Garradin (http://dev.kd2.org/garradin/) looks quite nice as it offers
everything from membership management to accounting passing by document
share and web site management. But I have no experience with it and I'm
sure there are others (and maybe this one is to French...).

And then, this is something for the board to handle... ;-)
