Contribution is meant here in the general sens, not only programming. 
(This was taken from here: 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Membership_Process#Positive_Attributes).

But I could say something like this:

"- avoir déjà contribué à des logiciels libres, des données ouvertes, de 
l'éducation ou d'autres activités volontaires dans le domaine du 
géospatial libre"

(i.e. also adding 'libre' at the end to make this more explicit)

'en tant que tel' means 'as such', so this means that any person wanting 
to become a member has to register as such on the web site.

= "secret ballot", i.e. when voting for or against the exclusion of a 
member, this has to been done by secret ballot, not by raising hands.

I think that convocation _should_ be by mail, so I suggest the following:

"L'assemblée générale est convoquée par le conseil d'administration par 
courrier électronique (email) adressé à chaque membre visé à l’article 
14 des statuts au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant l'assemblée, et signé 
par un administrateur au nom du conseil d'administration."

Yes. I can add the following sentence to article 7:

"Pour être accepté, l'enregistrement doit comporter une adresse email 
valable qui sera utilisé pour tout courrier officiel de l'association."

No, this is just to say that the first "exercice social" (no idea how to 
translate this to English) does not cover the whole year, but only the 
rest of the year, so AFAIK it should be 2015.
