[Belgium] reminder: foss4g call for participation ends this week

A short reminder: the call for participation to the FOSS4G.be conference on
september 22 ends this week on Sunday 24 July.
If you want to contribute, please send  your title + abstract to
presentations at foss4g.be

Note that we accept submission in English, French and Dutch, even though
this reminder is only in English :-)
