[Belgium] new adhering members ?

Dear all,

At the general assembly, numbers were floating around about how many 
people had, during registration for foss4g.be, declared their desire to 
adhere to OSGeo.be as an adhering member. When I look at the list of 
current subscribers to the mailing list, I only see 50 addresses, most 
of which seem to be pre-foss4g.

What needs to be done to register the newcomers to the list ?
