[Belgium] mapathon+reception, the evening of foss4g.be

Hi Belgium,

Just a friendly reminder that you and all participants to foss4g are
invited to the HOT mapathon we'll have that same evening. There will be a
lot of time and space to mingle with other people in the open geospace:
volunteer mappers, participants to the HOT summit and people who are early
for SotM.
