Dear list,
Last year we attended BeGeo to promote OSGeo. As it was one of the first
times FOSS was promoted in Belgium to a not used to FOSS public, it was
a very succesful event.
This year there will be a new edition.
I received an invitation to help with the preparation and discuss our
contribution.
Are there volunteers to go to these meetings, to coördinate the event
from OSGeo's perspective? Do we as an organisation want to attend again
this year? Should we change the format of last years contribution?
Are we going to be present with an OSGeo booth?
I volunteer to go to the first meeting and keep you informed, but I need
your feedback on my questions to be able to represent our community.
If anybody want's to go in my place, be welcome to stand up.

Dear all,
BeGeo is back, edition 2018.
Over the last months, we have already made some preparatory work on
concept , raising the bar for 2018 ,and we would love to share it and
get your input and kind collaboration.
The best way to do so , is over a *face to face meeting*, which we
organize *Friday September 22, 2017( *just one month from today).
The meeting will take *place @Agoria Brussels*, from *1030 till 1230*,
_sandwich lunch being offered_.
We hope to see many of you.

Some of you could not attend our evaluation meeting today.
It was a constructive meeting, of which presentation material used (
detailed feedback based on satisfaction survey and internal review core
team) and the minutes will be mailed to you in the next days.
Because agendas fill quickly ,we decided already to fix the date for our
2018 planning meeting, anticipating a go from both NGI and
AGORIA,which we do not have today.
The date selected is June 27, from 2 till 4 pm, at Agoria Bluepoint
Brussels.
