BeGeo organisation, this might already be helpful.

For more details on OSGeo.be booth, feel free to contact Johan and/or
Oliver. Oliver for sure will be there tomorrow morning around 09.00h. (his

In bijlage vindt u de nodige praktische informatie (hoe Tour & Taxis te
bereiken, waar parkeren, richtlijnen spreker/voorzitter, ...).  Mag ik u
vragen om de nodige afspraken m.b.t. uw presentatie rechtstreeks met de
zaalvoorzitter te maken? (zie mailadres in cc)

Wat de inschrijving voor het evenement betreft: ik zorg ervoor dat alle
sprekers alsook de zaalvoorzitter ingeschreven worden.  Van zodra dit
gebeurd is ontvangt u een bevestiging via e-mail.

Vous trouverez en annexe les informations pratiques requises (comment
accéder à Tour & Taxis, où vous garer, directives pour les
intervenants/présidents, ...). Puis-je vous demander de vous arranger
directement avec le président de salle concernant votre présentation ? (voir
adresse e-mail en cc)

En ce qui concerne linscription à lévénement lui-même : je veille à ce que
tous les intervenants et le président de salle soient inscrits. Dès que ce
sera fait, vous recevrez une confirmation par e-mail.
