[Belgium] Preparation of the FOSS4G.be 2017 - Working Group

Hi Maelle,

thanks for the initiative!

All the dates have two 8pm f2f options, i guess one is f2f and the other
should be skype?

Unfortunately for me 5pm skype is almost always impossible because I need
to pick up the kids at 6, unless we start the meeting on time and keep it
efficient (which has never happend before :) ) Therefore Skype at 8 would
be my best option.
