It seems Johan meant to reply all, but replied only to me. See his e-mail
below. Thanks Moritz and Johan for the links. I now have a Belgian
location, which hopefully is recognizable! The updated banner is on github:

@Johan: Regarding the website, it's good to know about the existing one.
I'm planning to put some efforts in getting a refreshed version at some
point. To make sure there's no misunderstanding: I'm currently keeping the
www.osgeo.be url on the banner (we can of course change what it points
to/redirects to at any time).
