[Belgium] Invitation General Assembly 26 march + preparatory online meeting

I would like to invite all of you to the General Assembly of OSGeo vzw on
March 26. This is a great opportunity to meet with people passionate about
open source geo, and a good chance to suggest new ideas/events/...
