[Belgium] Fix date for skype meeting next week

 Thanks Tommy for the update and the minutes about the last AG.

Seems great. I just wonder if I could still add the events we already
planned for 2018 (see below) because it will be more concrete. So during
the GA, it could be a good opportunity to speak to and involve people about
the planning of the activities.
