[Belgium] OSGeo.be 2018 : Call for board members & for voting members

Dear Maelle,

By this mail I want formally apply for a position as a board member for
OSGeo Be. I hope we can get a great team together as for the first term,
and I enjoyed being part of it.

I volunteer to help where I can and dedicate some of my spare time to
support the organisation. Of course I welcome new blood to the
organisation, but I hope some of the current bard members decide to
apply also, as this is great for the continuity.
