[Belgium] service request: python maintenance & qgis plugin development

Thank you to those who have already responded. This raises the question 
of a general register of service provides. The best place would probably 
be the central OSGeo.org register, but currently when filtering by 
Location=Belgium, no provider appears at 
https://www.osgeo.org/service-providers/.

So, all those service provides, please register there ! :-)
