[Belgium] Work meeting for FOSS4G.be

Hi all,

I would like to schedule a meeting for doing some FOSS4G related work:
* Updating the website
* Sending out the call for papers
* Contacting sponsors

I suggest meeting in a central pub to make sure we do this before summer
holidays, and have a pleasant time as well doing so.
