[Belgium] open streetlevel imagery

Hi,

With OSM.be, we're working on a project to set up an instance of the
federated Panoramax project (see panoramax.fr). This is the fully open
source alternative to Mapillary and Google StreetView. We are looking for
partners to help with hardware, server management and internet
connectivity. While we already have quite some images, there are probably
more images still locked up in private collections that we'd like to help
liberate :)

Having the entire processing chain under our control also makes it much
easier to do research on the images. We have full recent coverage of the
Brussels region (including paths and forests!), so fun things should be
possible.

If you have any ideas about who could be interested in a project like this,
please let me know!
