    meetings, projects, and representing OSGeo.be - but regular
    engagement matters more than hours. The board manages the
    association, while relying on our vibrant community.

  * *Proxy voting:* If you can't attend, please complete a proxy form
    (available upon request).
  * *2026 Board Renewal:* Next year's AGM will include board elections -
    come this year to get a preview!
  * The AGM will conclude with drinks and informal discussions.
