[Benchmarking] Some new raster benchmarks

Hi all,

 

If you can't wait for the next Foss4g shootout, here are some interim
benchmarks to spur some discussion and hopefully expand the number of
tests next year.

I've got quite a few more tests to publish when I have a bit of time.
Certainly some interesting results for all servers
