[Benchmarking] Possible offer of hosting

Ryan Hughes from http://www.skygoneinc.com/ has contacted me about them 
possibly offering some new machines on their soon-to-be-released cloud. 
  I'll follow up with them in January more, but I just want everyone to 
know about this possibility.

Maybe both the US Army Corps and Skygone infrastructure could be used 
for 2010.
