[Benchmarking] Coordination

I'd like to see the raster mosaic comparison of file vs database. I'll
probably be able to run some of it.

We have a large collection of ECW imagery (basically the entire US at 1m) so
we can use that as some of the data for the imagery tests.

Also, we are in the process of setting up the servers today.

Contact me directly for usernames and passwords and login info and I'll send
it out when its online.
