[Benchmarking] Upload a big data file on benchmark server

All,

I need to upload zip file (700mb) on benchmark server for testing purpose. I tried SCP but it's too slow and always broken after 1 hour or 2, which makes it impossible to use. I also tried SVN but it turns out to be affecting other people a lot. So can anyone help on this?
