[Benchmarking] Benchmarking press release next week

Jeff,
Thanks for writing a press release for WMS benchmarking.
I've moved the date for this release forward one week, to 28 September, 
as I think it stands out on its own and shouldn't be aggregated with the 
"Workshops filling up" press release going out tomorrow.

It will also give time to collect a quote from Satish and let ESRI 
contribute to the press release.
