[Benchmarking] SVN on BenchmarkingA server

Doing this made it work for me:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/pgsql/lib
However, I first added that path to /etc/ld.so.conf and ran ldconfig
and that did *not* work, so I am duly unsure of WTF is going on.
