Yingqi,
foss4g/foss4g is the user/pass for downloading the data. For uploading
data files to the BenchmarkingA server you need to email Mike Smith
directly to get him to create an account for you -
Michael.Smith(at)usace.army.mil
If you are referring to an SVN account on osgeo.org (to share non-data
files such as scripts and configuration notes) - let us know and we can
assist you with getting permissions.
