[Benchmarking] Raster dataset

That torrent is down. The new one, with just the 14 raster files we'll use, is 
at:

It's about 6.5 GB in size, in ecw format. I'd appreciate it if people who 
downloaded the full raster dataset could seed this one for a while (just 
start downloading it to a directory containing the completed files).
