Someone pointed out to me that there is no standardized way to ask for a
sub-genre of png, so that the kind of png returned is actually up to the
WMS implementation. 

This, along with levels of compression, complicate the comparison
between servers. It may be important to find some configuration which
every implementation can achieve so every WMS returns images of the same
type and size for a given benchmark.

Since these reprojections from the original data in CRS:84 and
EPSG:25831 involve less complexity than those that involve changes of
datums and changes of projection type, they are less liable to
discriminate between projection implementations than more complex
projections would.
