[Benchmarking] Testing summary and vector layer stacking order on the wiki

Hi,
just added a "Benchmarking setup" section in the wiki with
a summary of the tests.

That also includes a proposed stacking order for the
vector rendering of maps.
Performance wise I guess the ordering does not really matter,
but let's try to have similar looking outputs, shall we? :-)
