An update,
with some quick collaboration on the IRC channel we already have the
stop commands for GeoServer, MapServer, QGis mapserver (which is
running in the same apache as mapserver, maybe you want to change
that), Mapnik and Mapviewer. Cool, only one to go on the Linux
machine, and then we miss all of the ones on the Windows machine.
