[Benchmarking] Commitment from Development Teams

Please start contacting potential mapping server development teams, 
about joining the 2010 benchmarking exercise.  Record who is contacting 
whom in the wiki (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Benchmarking_2010), and 
also send a note to this mailing list saying that you are contacting 
them.  Since we'll start weekly meetings on March 1st we need to have 
commitments.  Be sure to give each server team lots of time to decide.
