[Benchmarking] OSM data SRID

Hi all,

Martin pointed out that the current SRID (900913) of the OpenStreetMap data import is deprecated and he is quite right, we should encourage standards and use the now official code EPSG:3857. I just did a reimport of the Colorado OSM extract with SRID 3857 and osm3857_ as the table prefix.

So you can now test with SRID 3857 when you use the osm3857_ tables and I will change the existing (osm_) tables on monday 1400 UTC if no one objects.
