[Benchmarking] First database import

Hi there,

I did the first import of the OSM data. I used an extract of Colorado from download.geofabrik.org. Here is an image of downtown Denver in uDig: http://wiki.osgeo.org/images/1/18/Imposm-db-denver.png

I documented the installation and import [1] and the current database schema [2]. You should be able to access the database from the test servers. The database name is osm.
