Folks,
our presentation has been accepted! Hooray.

So now it is time to start taking some decisions, define goals and
proceed to ask for and set up servers, chose data sets, and so on.

Some time back I proposed a few new ideas. Anybody interested in
pinging them back with comments?

*Benchmarking Session at FOSS4G*

Congratulations! On behalf of the FOSS4G 2013 Organising Committee, I am
pleased to confirm that your proposed paper presentation has been
accepted. The conference will be held at the East Midlands Conference
Centre, Nottingham on the 19 to 21 September 2013.

Remember that you need to register for the conference, you should take
advantage of our early bird discounts before 31st May

If for any reason you are now unable to give your presentation, please
let me know at the earliest opportunity.

We may be video streaming sessions after the conference.  If you have
any objections to this, please let me know.

You will be able to present via your own laptop, if you wish to use the
laptop already in the room, please bring your presentation on a
datastick on the day you are speaking and let us know in advance.

We are also aiming to archive all presentations and workshop materails
of FOSS4G 2013 for the benifit of the wider community. We request you to
upload your presentation slides at ELOGeo (E-Learning for Open
Geospatial Community) repository
