[Benchmarking] Benchmark 2014

Hi,

Folllowing my face-to-face discussion with Arnulf at the Code Sprint, I 
added some thoughts on this page. I hope I didn't forget anything. It 
think the main messages are:

- We need to get things simpler for project champions
- We need to adapt our language or offering to attract Sponsors

Note that I formated all the ideas with bullet points, but once our 
message ideas becomes more clear, we should reformat that to make it 
more structured.
