[Benchmarking] How to load spain shapefiles in postgis

Happy new year to you and your family Andrea.

If I remember, the trick I used was the -W <encoding> switch for
shp2pgsql (you need to tell PG what encoding your dbf attributes are).
Such as -W LATIN1    I think?
