[Board-es] WKT string containing Bursa Wolf parameters for EPSG 2062

Hello

I am struggling to find an OGK WKT description for EPSG code 2062 (corresponding to Spain mainland projection)
including Bursa Wolf parameters which are specified by the parameter TOWGS84[...]

but in the description I could find on the web, those parameters are missing
