RSS Feed test

Well, looks like I spoke too soon today on the status of RSS. I have  
just tried a new RSS feed tool that is implemented on a couple of  
platforms. My goal was a tool that would minimize the work required  
as we will have multiple people involved in updating news. This is a  
stop gap until I can get an integrated feed aggregator.

Go to https://www.osgeo.org/ with your favorite feed viewer and see  
the feed link works for you. Alternatively you can open the feed  
directly via one of the following urls:

feed:https://news.osgeo.org/feeds/OSGeo_Foundation_News.xml
https://news.osgeo.org/feeds/OSGeo_Foundation_News.xml

Please email directly with a little diagnostic information if you  
have a problem.
