time to decide!

Either day:

 - Frank
 - Chris
 - Arnulf
 - Markus (preference for 16th to discuss conference outcome)
 - Jo

Only the 11th:
  - Mark
  - Dave
  - Venka

 Only the 16th:
  - Gary

Apparently the majority opts for 11th.
It would be good to have the decision in a few hours as I
have to book tomorrow morning (Central European time).
