I will not be available on the launch date
(19 Sept). Since you and mpg have been the
only ones to express willingness to be at
the launch, I would suggest that you decide
amongst your self and inform our Chinese
colleagues ASAP.

I would strongly request that some board
member or officer of OSGeo participate in
the launch.
