Marc,

I agree with you. With the stature of some of these folks, we could
argue that OSGeo is being incubated.

We are in a startup growth phase and we want to empower contributors and
participants.  In general we should manage by exception and go easy on
process.  I'm impressed by the support in Germany and China and we are
already being challenged with how to handle international accounts -
pretty good progress...
