2007 conference selection

I am relaying a message from the OSGeo conference committee that we have 
selected the Victoria, BC, Canada bid for the "FOSS4G 2007 Conference 
Hosted by OSGeo".

In initial talks with the Victoria group, they will need a contract 
signed with their conference organizing company soon, so we'll need an 
OSGeo legal rep involved for that shortly (Tyler?).

Also, the Victoria group has asked for some time to prepare before we 
send out any OSGeo announcements regarding this.
