I just received this proposal and am quite impressed by their efforts  
- I promised to pass it along to the board for discussion.  I know  
there were some potential funds going to OSGeo India for supporting  
education, perhaps this could tie in there.  Regardless, at this cost  
(~$1200) it looks like a good value for money and an easy way to  
support the volunteers who are making it happen.

Other thoughts?
