OSGeo-Board chicago at osgeo.org fails

Daniel,

this is not clear to me. Reading
http://lists.mapserverfoundation.org/pipermail/discuss/2006-February/000548.html
I and others already posted nominations to that address.
It was said that it was read by Laura. The address worked
some days ago.

Maybe I got it all wrong, but if so, we should officially
announce that nominations cannot be done yet and that
nominations have to be re-sent at a date in future.

As far as I remember also Frank nominated some people already.
