Gary,

Do you mean a schedule for board meetings? I think it would be good
to provide some advance notice (on this mailing list) of board meetings
in IRC so folks can plan to be there. But my intent in adding the IRC
info was that the irc channel be used as a general discussion venue, not
specifically just for board or other meetings.

Everyone,

Speaking of board meetings, it has been suggested that we have one, but
as far as I know no one has proposed details. I do think we need a meeting
this week. Personally, I am flexible on the timing. 4:30 to 9:00 eastern
time are a bit iffy, but other than that I can be available anytime (and that
range is doable). So, I'll leave it to others to start the process of
selecting a meeting time.

I am hopeful that Rich could have a candidate "terms of service" for the web
site for us to approve at the meeting. My position is that we should aim for
the minimum complexity and intrusiveness in the TOS we can get away with
responsibly. It sounds like Rich is in sync with that view.

I would also like to designate a "web committee" at that meeting with a
mandate at that to manage the web site, and start making decisions on stuff
like wiki technology. I'll prod a few folks, and put up a draft motion on
the wiki.

I believe DanielB had some items to decide on (at least the TOS). Does
anyone else have agenda items?

Best regards,
