Arnulf,

I am generally +1 on this, but I think this group ought to be designated
as a "proper committee" with a chair and initial appointed members and
a formal responsibility to report back to the board.

It should also be noted that until such time as it has a budget for
promotional materials and so forth, that it will have to avoid spending
any money.  I think we will need to do some thinking before we start
spending money - getting a reporting and approval mechanism in place,
having a treasurer, etc.

Perhaps as a pre-step to forming this committee you could solicit
some members willing to spend a non-trivial amount of time preparing
materials, and coordinating efforts.  I think Dave McIlhagga would be
an excellent member of such a committee.

Till we get more settled on our message, I would like the board to
have a chance to review promotional material prepared for the foundation.
