I have called Dietmar Fleischhauer and Bjoern Heuser on the phone as 
they are both not available online. Both are fine with Uli as chair too.

Thus we have a quorum, voted and came up with unanimous support for Uli 
Rothstein as chair for the Mapbender PSC. Congratulations Uli. Find the 
details of the voting process in the Mapbender dev list.
