We have a bank account already. Waiting now for the email account - who is responsible for that?

Grrrrrr! Case in point, see my previous email... I don't mean to flame Laura at all -- she's just doing her job, I know -- but this is exactly the sort of problem I'm talking about:
Waiting for official board approval on everything just slows us down. An ED could make that call. Waiting for someone to get appointed to set up a treasurer email account just slows us down. An ED could make that call. The only blocking factor I could see for a paypal account in the next ten minutes would be that I had assumed you'd need an actual bank account associated with it. If not, then let's MOVE!

I'll set up the PayPal account. Gary would like it to be treasurer at osgeo.org, with him being the recipient of that email account.
Who will set up the email account and when will it be available?
Do I need to wait for an official Board approval before moving forward?

Shirt list is attached.
+1 on the paypal account notion. We've talked about it before, someone needs to go ahead and make it happen -- I'd just do it myself, but I wouldn't know what account or anything to use...
-mpg, who has already had inquiries about where/how to donate money to us...

I'm happy to collect checks for deposit, however, we probably also need to set up a PayPal account. It's pretty simple to do, however, it requires an email associated with the account. What email should we use? We could create for example, osgeo at osgeo.com for payments such as this and also people who would like to make contributions to the foundation. PayPal also accepts credit cards for a small fee.
As for the t-shirts, specifically, I'm not sure who was obligated to individually pay for theirs. If you send me a list with contact info, I could send them the check/mailing info or PayPal account info.
Let me know and I will go ahead and set it up.
Thanks,
Laura

I'm sorry to bother the Board with this, but I'm not sure who took ownership of the for-money shirts problem -- Arnulf? Gary? Laura?

Hi Michael,
I have to say, I didn't pay for my T-Shirt yet. May be I didn't receive the payment instructions that should have been send out for
a while. Could you tell me how I could pay my T-Shirt which I'm damned proud of ;-).
