[OSGeo-Board] BOD Meeting Friday, July 28th

I assume given there's no Meeting on the Wiki, that there is no BOD 
meeting today.

I'm on vacation the next two weeks (with my Wedding in the middle!) so I 
won't be able to attend board meetings until third week of August.
