The obvious answer is in the wiki!  Make sure the "wiki use" page is linked
from the WebCOM Logo contest page, and Rich's IP page which talks
about trademark issues.

I like all your ideas, even the one about banning IE from the Internet.  I
can't believe my spell checker makes me capitalize Internet.
