Ok, I won't send it out today, indeed a monday is a much better time to
send it out.  Though I do think there is a desire to get it done
relatively quickly, so that the board is complete and thus has a real
mandate from the full membership.

So let's discuss the dates.  I'm inclined to not do a full two weeks,
since I think Frank and I both want this done sooner.  So what about
send the email out on the 6th, nominations run till the 14th, I'll post
the html on the 15th (though hopefully most people have been following
discussions) and votes due on the 17th?
